Next Steps – Payment to Confirm Convention Reservation

Step 1 – Review Registration Confirmation Email:

The Attendee Email address you provided during registration has been sent an email confirmation with your registration details. This email provides your payment amounts to complete your payment at the bottom of this page.  Please review the Confirmation Email for any errors and contact Summit with any updates.

Please check your spam folder if it is not in your inbox. The Confirmation email will be sent from “admin@spmeetings-or.com” and the subject line will include the phrase “2024 AFBF Convention Registration Confirmation”.

Step 2 – Payment to Confirm Reservation

Your Convention reservation will be confirmed once your Deposit is paid. You can use the payment form at the bottom of this page to pay by credit card. Your payment will be held for 48 hours while availability is confirmed for your requests. If any of your requests are unavailable, Summit will contact you before the payment is processed.
Online Payment to Confirm Convention Reservation:
Deposit Option: You can pay the Deposit Due using the payment form below. Summit will email an invoice for the Remaining Amount Due five days after your deposit has been received. Final payment for the Remaining Amount Due must be submitted by December 1st, 2024.
OR
Grand Total Option: If you prefer to make one payment, you can pay the Grand Total using the form below.
Online Refunds: If issued within 180 days of the initial payment, refunds will be applied back to the original card used for payment. Otherwise a check will be sent with your refund amount.
