Our Story

Summit Planners was formed in 2002 as a partnership between two highly experienced industry professionals. Our aim was to re-personalize the service of facilitating Meeting and Incentive travel. To move from what had increasingly become a cookie cutter, one-size-fits-all, impersonal approach to distinctive events tailored to our clients’ individual goals.  Since its formation, the founders of Summit Planners have worked to create a company culture that thrives on ingenuity, resourcefulness, responsiveness, flexibility and energy.

Our Experience:

The founders shared a combined 45 years of experience in the industry before they developed Summit Planners. Today, our company consists of a high-quality team of professionals possessing broad-based experience in the meeting and incentive planning industry. Headquartered in the Midwest, Summit Planners works with corporations from across the United States and Europe involved in a variety of industries. Summit Planners annually coordinates programs to diverse domestic and international destinations.
