Airline Policies

Unfortunately, according to the U.S. Department of Transportation, there are no federal regulations regarding U.S. airlines responsibility to delayed passengers. However, airlines have Contracts of Carriage that cover what they will do for passengers if a flight is delayed or canceled. Each airline sets its own rules regarding it's responsibility and compensation.
